Setup hours

11:30am – 4:30pm.

Vendors setting up after 4:30pm will be charged a late fee and may forfeit their spot without refund. Sponsors setting up after this time are charged a $100 late fee.

If your booth is not set up by 4:30pm on Saturday, July 11, you forfeit your spot and will not be refunded.

Sunday, July 12, 2026

7:00am – 8:30am.

Vendors setting up after 8:30am will be charged a late fee and may forfeit their spot without refund. Sponsors setting up after this time are charged a $100 late fee.

Breakdown starts at 7:00pm — no exceptions.
