Tabletop booths in the main event room or lobby. Every booth includes a skirted table, chairs, an identification sign and two admission bands.

Move-in

Setup hours

7:30am – 9:30am.

Vendors setting up after 9:30am will be charged a late fee and may forfeit their spot without refund.

If your booth is not set up by 9:30am, you forfeit your spot and will not be refunded.

Booth refunds are issued as store credit towards a future booth, tickets or competitions. Read the refund policy.
